Dave & Tim perform at the Aladdin in Las Vegas on 0ct. 28th followed by a midnight show with Trey Anastasio....all a part of a jamfest halloween weekend called "Vegoose" (who comes up with these names?) that includes String Cheese, Widespread Panic, Moe, Gov't Mule, Phil Lesh and friends and many more.....anyone from this tribe going???

now the important part.....listen up folks...if you do indeed plan on attending Vegoose....don't forget to put your dancin' booty on and check out THE MUTAYTOR...some of you know him from Burning Man (they took a break this past BM) they'll be bouncing the walls at the silverdome and Mutayting all who enter the mutaytion realm.... -

anyone have that password for ordering them on ticketmaster? -

I was hoping to catch the Vegoose presale password from someone on Nancies but never did... :(
So, now I am awaiting a Ticketbastard sale if there is one...and if there are any seats left- I hear it's a small venue.
I will check the WH about the link that said something about Oct. 1st...

Fri, September 30, 2005 - 12:34 PMWell, I was just on Nancies and I see that the Vegoose Presale password is specific to every order. So getting it from someone will do no good. Whatever. It's all so confusing. T
hen I learned that they extended the Vegoose presale twice. And now, I read on Nancies that because of this- the show is sold out and no tickets will go on sale through Ticket master at all. :(
Why Vegoose ticket holders are getting the advantage-I just don't understand?
Looks like you'll have to lurk on the boards to maybe catch some tickets that someone can't use.
Or- I hear they are going for $800 and up on Ebay. Joy. -

Wed, October 25, 2006 - 3:57 AMHey folks. Motion Potion here making a post as I had such a wonderful time playing for y'all on the Carribean Cruise. Turns out I am throwing a 4-night after-hours party at the MGM Grand during Vegoose (the same hotel where D&T are playing).
It's a small bar but we'll have kickin' sound and if you ask for it, I'll be sure to play those 2 DMB remixes I made for the cruise ("the Deep Rhyme" and "So Much to Break"). The parties will begin at 3am every night from Friday through Monday and go till sunrise. To get more info/tickets etc. visit

The best part of the Cruise for me was connecting with so many of you loyal, devoted, musically educated people. (That and serving bacon to the folks in the healthclub :) Id love to have the opportunity to play for you again. Hope yall will come bye. Much love and see ya in Vegas.
